Each player is given a free t-shirt as their uniform. Players are permitted to wear any color shorts but the team shirt must be worn or the team will receive a technical foul at the start of the game. Be sure to enter correct t-shirt size when registering for the league. If the incorrect shirt size is registered and a new shirt must be ordered, the cost is $22 for a new shirt.

Week 1 Evaluations: 60-minute drills and scrimmages are used to evaluate players.
Week 2 Practice: 60-minute practices are held.
Weeks 3-8 Games: 30-minute practice and two 20-minute half games are held.
Week 9: Playoffs and Championship: Championship games are held with only 10-minute warm ups.
