This Beginner level co-ed course is for ages 9 - 12 and just becoming interested in volleyball.  Players will learn the fundamentals of volleyball including passing, setting, hitting, and serving.  Skill progressions and queues will be used through the session to teach the fundamentals.  Coaches will also set a strong foundation on rules of the game.  Mini-games and drills keep the class fun!
