Our Summer In-House Advanced Volleyball League is a combination of team practices and competitive gameplay! This is a great league for advanced athletes who have competitive volleyball experience and are looking for gameplay practice ahead of their school or Club seasons next Fall. Athletes will participate in a 9-week session that will consist of a Week 1 Skill Evaluation, Week 2 Team Practices, Week 3-7 Regular Season Games, Week 8 Playoffs, and Week 9 Championship. The Skills Evaluation on Week 1 will be used to assess the athletes' knowledge and execution of various game concepts which will result in team placement. 

All regular season games will take place on Thursday evenings. A schedule will be provided the week of Evaluations based on the final number of participants/league teams. Each game will include a 2-sets to 25 and 1-set to 15 in the event of a tiebreaker or if time allows. All final schedules will be determined based on the total number of registrations/teams participating in this session.

WEEK 1 EVALUATION - Tentatively scheduled for Thursday, July 10th. Time to be announced.

SUMMER SCHEDULE - Thursday evenings, between 5-9 pm. 1 Day per week (practices immediately prior to game start)

If your athlete is new to CAL Sports Academy, they will be asked to participate in an evaluation prior to being moved to a reserved registration spot. This evaluation will allow us to ensure that the Advanced League is the correct level for your player based on their skill execution and game experience.

REQUIRED - All athletes must attend Week 1's evaluation session in order to participate in the League. Failure to attend will result in your athlete's removal from the league. If you know your athlete is unable to attend due to unnegotiable circumstances, you must notify office@calsportsacademy.com ASAP and coordinate a make-up evaluation which will be required to take place BEFORE start date!

Athletes will receive a team shirt that they will be required to wear each week! Failure to wear your team shirt will result in a technical foul awarded to the opposing team. Be sure to enter the correct shirt size on your athlete's registration. If your shirt is lost, damaged, or the wrong size is ordered, the cost is $35 to order a replacement. Athletes are permitted to wear any color short/pant and must be wearing sneakers.

League Location - Souderton Mennonite Church (105 W. Chestnut St. Souderton PA 18964) or Central Schwenkfelder Community Center (2067 Steelman Rd. Lansdale PA 19446). Location details will be provided ahead of the Week 1 evaluation.
