Athletes will have their shooting skills put to the test with our Shooting Machine Workouts! This class will have players work their shot in catch and shoot, off the dribble, and moving off-the-ball scenarios that they will require them to work as a group to complete. These different drills will help your athlete become consistent in shooting at game speed with a heightened focus on their conditioning while shooting.
