For newcomers to basketball, this class breaks down skills to their basic and essential forms. Participants will engage in various drills to develop ease and familiarity with fundamental elements like dribbling, passing, receiving, rebounding, shooting, and essential footwork. Building a solid foundation of these basic techniques is the best way for players to progress in the realm of basketball!
