Join us for a 1-hour pregame skills workout this week! - Thursday, August 21st, 4:00-5:00 PM at Central Schwenkfelder Community Center (2067 Steelman Rd., Lansdale, PA 19446)

This workout is designed to give players the opportunity to warm-up their ball-handling execution and get various shot combinations up ahead of their 5pm game or for our bye-week team to get repetitions on the court before playoffs next week!
